Wydaho Ranch (WR) is owned and operated by Dennis Murray, a professional golfer that first came to the area nearly thirty years ago... It was love at first sight, when this man gazed upon the Tetons. Saving every dollar he could, several years later he was able to purchase this land now known as Wydaho Ranch.

Road construction is completed, and a limited number of 2.5 acre lots are now available for purchase at WR, as the water, power, high speed fiber optic Internet and cable, landscape water features, fencing and infrastructure begins to take shape as part of the development.

The initial offering is limited to lots available for purchase by way of “reservation agreements". Wydaho Ranch is an upscale community comparable to new golf course developments in the area, with greater privacy on larger lots, better views, and an opportunity to "get away" from everything and everybody--while being in Teton Valley's premier location for views and accessibility to community services.
